A small number of cases (4 SSUIDs) have universe inconsistencies in the use of a Head Start Nursery and Head Start for child care between the child level (RNURHS and RHEADST) and the parent level (ENURHS and EHEADST). In some instances, the child and parent are in universe for Head Start Nursery incorrectly and out of universe for Head Start incorrectly. Data users should be aware of these cases when using Child Care data.
