Considering that most states require children be at least 5 years old to enter the lowest primary school grade of kindergarten, these children most likely should not qualify to be in universe to receive school meals.

To restrict these children from the universe in the 2022 SIPP, simply remove any child whose TAGE=5, but whose TAGE_EHC=4 in MONTHCODE 12.
