The 2021 Vehicle Inventory and Use Survey (VIUS) data collection was completed in October 2022.

  •  Mar. 2021: Publish Federal Register Notice
  •  Jun. 2021: Finalize Electronic Instrument
  •  Feb 2022: Data collection begins
  •  Oct 2022: Data collection ends
  •  Late 2023: VIUS data release
