This directory links to data tables containing information about nativity/citizenship, year of entry into the United States, world region of birth, and generation based on data from the Current Population Survey (CPS). The CPS, sponsored jointly by the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), is the primary source of labor force statistics for the population of the United States.
The CPS data tables listed are in downloadable XLS, PDF, and CSV file formats.
