These were working groups under the National Advisory Committee (NAC).

2020 Census: Race and Hispanic Origin Research Working Group
This group advised on research associated with alternative approaches to collecting data on race and Hispanic origin for the 2020 Census. (Period: 2012 to 2014)
Administrative Records & Third Party Data Working Group
Group reviewed the Census Bureau’s research program & plans involving administrative records & third party data use in the 2020 Census. (Period: 2012 to 2014)
Differential Privacy for 2020 Census Data Products Working Group
This group will offer recommendations on uses and strategies for the 2020 Census data products. (Period: 2020 to 2022)
Hard to Count Population Working Group
Group advises on methods to enumerate population groups that are not easily reached through Administrative Records or the Internet. (Period: 2015 to 2016)
Integrated Partnership and Communication Working Group
This group will assist by advising research, providing subject matter expertise, and advising on ways to reduce cost. (Period: 2016 to 2019)
Language Working Group
Group advises on research to help identify which languages & types of language services to provide in support of the 2020 Census. (Period: 2015 to 2016)
Small Populations in the American Community Survey (ACS) Working Group
This group reviewed, assessed, & provided feedback on research to improve the way in which ACS produces estimates of small populations. (Period: 2012 to 2014)
Undercount of Young Children Working Group
The group will research how to best reach and include historically hard-to-count populations, such as young children. (Period: 2016 to 2020)
