New options and features

  • Add temporary change (TC) decay rate (tcrate) to the udg file

Changes to the program output

  • Change two tables’ names in seats from psuedoinnovtransitory (pit) and psuedoinnovsadj (pia) to pseudoinnovtransitory (pit) and pseudoinnovsadj (pia)

Fixed defects in previous versions

  • Correct the number of missing values for the month in the warning message about missing values
  • Correct directory path of the saved files in SEATS
  • Fix the number of forecasts saved in the B1 file when maxlead is less than the period
  • Remove sliding spans histogram links and correct the labels for some sliding spans tables in the main output file's index
  • Fix values of some SEATS output mismatch between running a meta file and an individual spec file because some variables values are not reinitialized when running a meta file. The differences appear primarily in the listings of the models (with coefficients) of each time series component.
