If you discover that changes need to be made to your EEI, you must file the correction. Retrieve the shipment and correct the error or instruct your authorized agent to correct the EEI and resubmit to AES. Corrections need to be made as soon as you know of the changes. If you have changes of a significant value for an extended timeframe, contact 800-549-0595, select menu option 1 for AES support or option 3 for regulatory assistance.
