The American Community Survey (ACS) releases the Selected Population Tables and American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) Tables about every five years. The tables are geared toward data users interested in detailed social, economic, demographic, and housing data for specific population groups.
These products are similar to the 2020 Census Detailed Demographic and Housing Characteristic File A and B (Detailed DHC-A and Detailed DHC-B).
The ACS also produces Selected Population Profiles (SPPs) for the ACS 1-year releases. Selected Population Profiles provide broad social, economic, demographic, and housing profiles for many racial, ethnic, tribal, ancestry, and country of birth groups.
