I am unable to log in to complete the survey online. What should I do?

After a few months, the online survey is no longer available. If you started the survey, but could not complete it, and would like to know if we received your survey response, call our help line at 1-800-354-7271. Please allow two weeks from the date of your submission before calling to allow sufficient time to upload your response. The help line is open Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM to midnight, eastern time, or Sunday from noon to midnight. Press zero to speak with a Census Bureau Representative.
