Can I reset my PIN?

If you provided an answer to one of the security questions during your initial login, you can reset your PIN if lost or forgotten. Enter your User ID at https://respond.census.gov/acs and select the "Click here if you do not know your PIN" link. If you have lost or misplaced your User ID, please call 1-800-354-7271 for assistance. We're available Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM to midnight, eastern time, or Sunday from noon to midnight. Press '0' to speak with a U.S. Census Bureau representative. Please have your mailing address available.
