This report presents projections of school enrollment by age, sex, and level to the year 2000 taking into account the latest population projections prepared by the Bureau of the Census.  The figures apply to the fall enrollment of the civilian noninstitutional population 5 to 34 years old in kindergarten or elementary school (first through eighth grade), high school, and college.
