Presents statistics on the number of employees engaged in work related to Government expenditures for manufactured products, and the value of shipments for products shipped to the Federal Government by private manufacturing firms in 108 selected Federal Government oriented industries.

The data on the Federal Government is displayed separately for the Department of Defense and Energy and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, with a total figure for all other agencies. For each of these categories, the value of prime and subcontract shipments is shown. The report also provides totals on employment, value added by manufacture, and value of shipments and receipts, by alI manufacturing firms in the 108 selected industries.
