This is a recording of the 2020 Census Local Update of Census Addresses Operation (LUCA) Feedback Webinar conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau.
This video provides LUCA participants instructions on how to use the Census Bureau’s Geographic Update Partnership Software (GUPS) to load their Feedback Address List and Feedback Address Count Lists, review appeal-eligible records, and prepare their submission for the Appeals Office.
The video will finish by showing participants how to upload their submission using the Secure Web Incoming Module (SWIM).
