The Boundary and Annexation Survey (BAS) Partnership Toolbox video series is intended for BAS participants who plan to make updates using the BAS Partnership Toolbox.
This video covers the file submission requirements for digital BAS participants to export and submit their legal boundary updates, and demonstrates how to use the ‘Export Submission Files’ tool within the toolbox and the Secure Web Incoming Module (SWIM) to send a BAS submission to the Census Bureau.
The data used in the videos is for demonstration purposes only. Title 13 data is not included in the demonstrations.
