A new Subject Table S1502 provides estimates and percentages of Bachelor’s Field of First Degree for First Major by sex and detailed age.

Health Insurance

Two new Subject Tables provides estimates and percentages of Private Health Insurance Coverage by Type S2703 and Public Health Insurance Coverage by Type S2704 by demographic, social, and economic characteristics.

Housing

A new Detailed Table B25031 provides estimates for median gross rent by number of bedrooms for renter-occupied housing units paying cash rent. The table displays a median for categories ranging from ‘no bedrooms’ to ‘5 or more bedrooms’.

Industry

Two new Subject Tables provide Industry estimates and percentages by sex and median earnings for the past 12 months. Estimates of women’s earnings as a percentage of men’s earnings are also included.

Class of Workers

Subject Tables S2408 and S2409 were modified to include tally estimates along with the percentages for “Total”, “Male”, and “Female.” The Median Earnings portion of the tables was removed and is now available in S2418 and S2419.

Disability

Subject Table S1810 was modified to include detailed Age and detailed Age by Disability Type.

Educational Attainment

Subject Table S1501 was modified to include tally estimates to the percentages for “Total”, “Male”, and “Female.” Also added to this table is a section on detailed Race and Hispanic Origin by Educational Attainment.

Employment Status; Work Status

Subject Table S2301 was modified to include detailed Age and expanded Relationship categories. Two column titles were changed to be more descriptive; “In Labor Force” is now “Labor Force Participation” and “Employed” is now “Employment/Population Ratio.”
Subject Table S2302 was modified to include tally estimates to the percentages for “Total” and “Families with Own Children Under 18 years.” The table was also modified to include an expanded Work Status by Married-couple families section.
Subject Table S2303 was modified to include tally estimates along with the percentages for “Total”, “Male”, and “Female.” The table was also modified to include an expanded section for detailed Weeks Worked by Hours Worked, and estimates of “Median age of workers 16 to 64 years” and “Workers 16 to 64 years who worked full-time, year-round”.
The Data Profile for Selected Economic Characteristics DP03 and the Iterated Selected Population Profiles S0201 and S0201PR were modified to change the description labels from “Percent Unemployed” and “Percent of Civilian Labor Force” to “Unemployment Rate”.

Foreign Born

The foreign-born section of Detailed Table B05002 was modified to list Regions of Birth for each Foreign-born Citizenship category.
Somalia was added to Detailed Table B05006.
Detailed Table B05007 was modified to add a total Foreign-born Population section.
Subject Tables S0501, S0502, S0503, S0504, S0505, and S0506 were modified to change “Households with no one age 14 and over who speaks English only or speaks English ‘very well” to “Limited English Speaking Households.”

Health Insurance

Subject Table S2701 was modified to expand the detailed Age and Ratio of income to poverty level sections and add a Living Arrangement section. The Health Insurance by Type section was removed and is now available in new Subject Tables S2703 and S2704.

Households and Families; Relationship

Region (020), Division (030), and Congressional Districts (500) summary levels were added for Median Age of First Marriage and Marital History Detailed Tables B12007, B12501, B12502, B12503, B12504, and B12505. Region (020) and Division (030) summary levels were added for Median Age at First Marriage Race-Iterated Detailed Tables B12007A-I.
Fifty-nine tables were modified to change the labels of “own child” or “related child” to more descriptive “own child of the householder” or “related child of the householder.”
Seven tables B10001, S1002, S0201, DP02, DP02PR, CP02, CP02PR were modified to change the labels “living with grandchildren” and “responsible for grandchildren” to “grandparents living with grandchildren” and “grandparents responsible for grandchildren.”

Tables with year-based distributions for Year Structure Built were expanded to “2014 or later” from the previous upper category of “2010 or later.”

Poverty

Subject Table S1701 was modified to include Poverty estimates by Living Arrangements and by detailed Age for Unrelated individuals for whom poverty status is determined. The table was also modified to expand the sections on detailed age and the Ratio of income to poverty.
Subject Table S1702 was modified to include detailed Age for Related children of the householder who are under 18. New sections were also added for Number of own children of the householder under 18 and Ratio of income to poverty for all families.

School Enrollment

Subject Table S1401 was modified to include tally estimates along with the percentages for “Total”, “In Public School”, and “In Private School.” This Subject Table also has an expanded section on detailed Age by Enrollment Status.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP); Food Stamps

Subject Table S2201 was modified to include tally estimates along with the percentages for “Total”, “Households Receiving SNAP/Food Stamps”, and “Households Not Receiving SNAP/Food Stamps”. A section on detailed Household Type was also added.
