The American Community Survey (ACS) Office will not produce 2024 ACS 1-year Comparison Profiles for Congressional Districts in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, New York, and North Carolina due to the 2024 ACS using updated congressional district boundaries for these states, which would not be comparable to pre-2024 ACS 1-year estimates. ACS 1-year Comparison Profiles will resume for these geographic areas with the 2025 ACS release but will exclude pre-2024 ACS 1-year estimates.

Data users should use caution when comparing estimates based on different geographic vintages, particularly when comparing summary levels for which geographic boundaries may differ significantly over time.
