The Census Bureau’s application programming interfaces (API) provide developers with tools to build applications that use Census publicly available datasets, making Census Bureau statistics more accessible than ever before. The Census API allows developers to create web-based and/or mobile apps that provide users quick and easy access to key U.S. statistics disseminated by the Census Bureau.
