The current model that generates PBF4Q is estimated over the sample period 2013q1-2015q4. The current model that generates PBF8Q is estimated over the sample period 2012q1-2014q4. The main data section provides PBF4Q for the prediction period of 2016q1-2019q1, and PBF8Q for the prediction period of 2015q1-2019q1. The series below go further back in time and provide PBF4Q and PBF8Q for the in-sample periods and earlier quarters.
