Census 2000 Special Tabulation: Citizenship by Race & Hispanic Origin (STP 76)

  • Provides total population and voting age population by citizenship status.
  • Counts are shown for Hispanic groups (Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, and Other) and race alone not Hispanic. 
  • Data are rounded as are all Census 2000 special tabulation data. 
  • All counts of citizens may be shown. There must be either 0 or 3 or more non-citizens to show non-citizens and the total.

NOTE: This special tabulation was created from the 2000 Census long form data, prior to the implementation of the American Community Survey (ACS) in 2005. Subsequent CVAP tabulations are based on ACS 5-year estimates data.
