The 2013-2017 American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates and this CVAP special tabulation created from those estimates use the same geography source, therefore, this CVAP product contains the 115th Congressional Districts and the 2016 State Legislative Districts. The reference date for all other geographies in this product is January 1, 2017.
