The 2030 Census IT Strategy and Roadmap (ITSR) documents the direction and priorities for the IT components required to support the 2030 Census Program. This includes systems, software, hardware, services, human resources, processes, facilities, trainings, policies, programs, and supporting documentation. The ITSR forms the highest level of IT programmatic policy and informs all derivative IT plans and artifacts for the 2030 Census.

The 2030 Memorandum Series

A memorandum will be added to this series for any decision that meets the following criteria:

1. A major program level decision that will affect overall design or have significant effect on the 2030 Census operations or systems.
2. A major policy decision or change that will affect the overall design or significantly impact on the 2030 Census operations or systems.
3. A report that documents the research, testing, evaluations, and assessments for 2030 Census operations or systems.
