This 2030 Census Stakeholder Engagement Strategy outlines ways to communicate and collaborate with Census Bureau’s stakeholders to gain their support in helping to ensure everyone is counted during the 2030 Census. The strategy discusses identifying stakeholders and determining how to engage with them throughout the life cycle of the 2030 Census.

The 2030 Memorandum Series

A memorandum will be added to this series for any decision that meets the following criteria:

1. A major program level decision that will affect overall design or have significant effect on the 2030 Census operations or systems.
2. A major policy decision or change that will affect the overall design or significantly impact on the 2030 Census operations or systems.
3. A report that documents the research, testing, evaluations, and assessments for 2030 Census operations or systems.
