We are using Medicaid claims data linked to Census Bureau data to examine social determinants of health and generate new estimates of prevalence of chronic conditions by demographic and socio-economic characteristics. We are also assessing the extent to which Census Bureau data can be used to fill in missing race and ethnicity information in Medicaid enrollment data.
