The U.S. Census Bureau’s Population and Housing Unit Estimates Special Tabulation Program provides data users with the option to have user-defined tabulations created on a cost-reimbursable basis. This program was created to fulfill the needs of data users that are not met by standard data products. The information collected on this request form will allow the program to contact the data requester to provide data files (to customer specifications) of population and housing unit estimates for customer-defined needs.

Personally identifiable information collected includes: name, address, telephone number and email address. Disclosure of the information provided on this form is permitted under the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a) and may be shared with other Census Bureau staff for work-related purposes. Furnishing this information is voluntary.

Access to PII/BII is restricted to authorized personnel only. Information is shared with authorized personnel working directly with the Special Tabulation Program.
