Were it not for SIPP’s stakeholders and data users SIPP would cease to exist. Their public opposition kept the survey going after its near demise in 2006. Therefore, since the re-engineering began, SIPP has continually reached out to its stakeholders and data users to keep them abreast of the re-engineering developments.
