Due to a change in processing in Wave 2, some spells of WIC benefit receipt in Waves 2-4 of the 2014 SIPP panel were incorrectly assigned to men.  However, men are not eligible to receive WIC for themselves.  In these cases, a processing error led to the wrong adult within a household being identified as the recipient.
