2014 Panel Wave 2: Status Flags for Household Relationship Variables

The corresponding status flags (APNPAR1, APAR1TYP, APNPAR2, APAR2TYP, APNSPOUSE, APNSPOUS_EHC, APNCOHAB_EHC) for the household relationship variables EPNPAR1, EPAR1TYP, EPNPAR2, EPAR2TYP, EPNSPOUSE, EPNSPOUS_EHC, and EPNCOHAB_EHC, may be set to a value other than zero for individuals who do not have a value for these variables. For instance, there may be no value for EPNSPOUSE, but the status flag APNSPOUSE may have a value between 1 and 9. If EPNSPOUSE has no value, the status flag ASNSPOUSE should be treated as a 0. This should be done for all household relationship variables listed in this user note.
