2014 Panel Wave 3: Half Siblings and RREL

There are a small number of cases where monthly relationships (RREL) between a pair of biological siblings was miscoded and they should in fact be half siblings. It is possible to identify these pairs by comparing their two sets of parents (EPNPAR1 and EPNPAR2) and identifying at least one parent that is different between siblings.
