There is a small number of cases in which there is inconsistent information involving either the cohabiting partner identifier at the monthly level (EPNCOHAB_EHC) or the spouse identifier at the monthly level (EPNSPOUS_EHC).  One respondent may identify a second as a cohabiting partner or spouse in one of these variables, but the second person may not also identify the respondent as their partner in the parallel variable on the second person's record.
