In the 2019 SIPP data, some cases were assigned incorrect status flags for variables ABIOMOMNAT and ABIODADNAT that resulted in an understatement of overall imputation rates and an overstatement of reported values. These variables are included as part of the EBIOMOMNAT and EBIODADNAT editing process of the Parents' Nativity content. Users should be aware of this issue when examining the Parents' Nativity data, specifically ABIOMOMNAT and ABIODADNAT. It should be noted that the status flag assignment process does not impact variable estimates. This issue will be corrected in the 2021 SIPP data.
