Due to the government shutdown in October 2013, there is no data for Rotation 2 in Wave 16. Because of this and the staggered ending months of the rotations, data for June through November 2013 is not available for all four rotations and special adjustment factors should be applied to these monthly weights as outlined in Tables 3a and 3b of the SIPP 2008 Panel Wave 1-16 - Core Source and Accuracy Statement. There is no data available for December 2013.
