The AHS collects data on whether the household pays condominium/cooperative fees or homeowner association fees, and how much they pay in fees each month. However, it does not collect any information about the associations themselves. Data on fees are available in the Housing Costs table, which is included in the AHS Summary Tables package and AHS Table Creator.
