An estimated total of 33,400 apartments were completed in buildings with five units or more in the third quarter of 1993, about the same (±5,000) as the 31,600 apartments completed in the second quarter of 1993 but about 24 (±12) percent fewer than the 43,900 apartments completed in the same (third) quarter of last year (table 11).
