Near the end of fiscal year 1999, our efforts on fifty-three of our program (Decennial,  Demographic, Economic, CASRO) sponsored projects with substantial activity and progress (Appendix A) were measured by use of a Project Performance Measurement Questionnaire (Appendix B).
