Background on the meeting
- Survey estimates of Medicaid enrollemtn are well below administrative data enrollment figures
- In the present study we compare the Medicaid Statistical Information System (MSIS) to the Current Population Survey (CPS)
- We have been working on this for over two years and we wanted to get feedback from the policy research community
- Today we will present preliminary numbers that we wish to get feedback on before we write the initial set of papers
- We ask that the numbers presented today not be cited or referenced as they are preliminary
