The Community Resilience Estimates (CRE) program created the Disaster Response Supplement, also referred to as the CRE for Response, to assist communities with quickly accessing relevant demographic, housing, and socioeconomic data immediately after disaster strikes. These data points can help state and local governments develop Disaster Impacted Population Profiles, as part of the Preliminary Damage Assessment for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
