The files below contain estimates on social vulnerability to the impacts of natural disasters and rankings. In addition to the downloadable data files, the estimates are also available on data.census.gov and the Census Bureau’s Application Programming Interface (API).
These ranking tables show the overall most socially vulnerable counties and census tracts, along with the most socially vulnerable areas with at least a ‘Relatively Moderate’ risk of loss from the following hazards in the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s National Risk Index: winter weather, flooding, hurricane, strong wind, wildfire and earthquake.
