The Topical Data Files were re-released in December 2025 to correct a processing issue with K4Q01 (having a usual place for sick care). As a result of this correction, 8 cases that had been reported as missing (.M) on K4Q01 but had identified urgent care as a usual place for sick care are now reported as "Yes" (1).
