Annotation Phase Program Materials
Program materials for the 2026 School District Review Program (SDRP) Annotation Phase are now available. These materials include program guidelines, Geographic Update Partnership Software (GUPS), and digital files containing school district information that aid participants in making informed decisions about updating and submitting their school district boundaries. The Annotation Phase will run from September to December 31, 2025.
Please review the 2026 SDRP Respondent Guide and 2026 SDRP Quick Start Guide before beginning any school district boundary updates.
Annotation Phase Listing Files
The Census Bureau's School District Listings are Microsoft Excel files that provide inventory and relationship information by state. The types of listings vary by state according to the state's geography and how the state participates in the SDRP.
