2023 SIPP: High Allocation Rate in Foster Care Payment Amounts

In 2023 SIPP data, the allocation rates for EFCCANY (Received foster child care payments) and EFCCAMT (Amount of foster child care payments received) have been higher than previous years. Data users should be aware of this high imputation when doing analysis of Foster Care data. Foster care is a very small program, so fluctuations and high allocations are expected.
