The AHS is a longitudinal survey and, while it does note the loss of sample units to disaster or demolition, this information is not available in the Summary Tables. HUD produces a series of reports called Components of Inventory Change (CINCH), which link AHS surveys in succeeding years and track changes in the housing stock (including losses through demolition).
