The AHS does identify manufactured/mobile homes in its data collection. However, a better source for current data on manufactured housing shipments and placements is the Manufactured Housing Survey. Manufactured/mobile home data is available from the AHS as a standard column heading in most of the Summary Tables prior to 2009, and for 2011 and later in the General Housing Data table, which is included in the AHS Summary Tables package. It is also in the AHS Table Creator as part of the Units by Structure Type column variable.
