Format:
The core TIGER/Line Files and Shapefiles do not include demographic data, but they do contain geographic entity codes that can be linked to the Census Bureau’s demographic data, available on data.census.gov.
For the 2013 TIGER/Line shapefiles, all legal boundaries and names are as of January 1, 2013. Released August 22, 2013.
For the 113th Congressional District shapefiles, all legal boundaries and names are as of January 1, 2010, with the exception of the 113th Congressional Districts and the State Legislative Districts, which are as of January 1, 2013.
